Student Registration

If you would like to register your student, please call our office at 347-3123. In order to register, you will need the following:

  • A withdrawal form from your previous school
  • a transcript or report card
  • birth certificate
  • immunization records
  • If your student is in special education, a copy of your student's most current IEP must be provided.

If you do NOT live in the West Cottonwood attendance area, an interdistrict transfer request must be approved before registering. Please note that Lake California and residences in Tehama County ARE NOT in our attendance area.  Interdistrict transfer requests must start with your district of residence.
