Enrollment Process

• If you live in our attendance area please complete and provide to the office the 2025/2026 Enrollment Packet OR 2026/2027 Enrollment Packet along with a copy of your child's immunization records, birth certificate, and 2 recent proofs of current residency.

• If you live outside of our attendance area but would like to enroll at West Cottonwood Junior High please start with your district of residence to complete the Inter District Transfer Form. If approved we will then need the completed 2025/2026 Enrollment Packet OR 2026/2027 Enrollment Packet, copy of your child's immunization records, and birth certificate provided to the office.
